Join us for the Mentor Circle Kickoff ! 

We're excited to launch our next peer Mentor Circle. An intimate, supportive space designed for leaders who are ready to grow. Whether you're managing a team, leading a business function, or stepping into a new role, this circle is for you. Over the course of this biweekly series (April–May 2025), you'll connect with 10–12 fellow leaders for personalized coaching, leadership development, and peer insight. Expect to gain the confidence and courage to lead effectively, build stronger relationships with stakeholders, and receive real-time feedback through our signature Hot Seat experience. If you're a current or aspiring Director, come build the skills—and the network—to take your leadership to the next level.

This Mentor Circle is for you if:
