The CLUB offers a variety of programs focused on leadership topics, as well as an environment where you may practice, and hone, skills while receiving instructive feedback.

(NEW) Leadership Program (NEW)

New to the CLUB in 2024, we’re launching a bespoke program focused on accelerating our leaders today and tomorrow. The program is designed to help you sharpen your business acumen, lead through uncertainty, and gain actionable insights - ultimately redefining and rediscovering your unique leadership style. Signs up are due by December 15, 2023.

Mentoring Program

The Mentoring Program draws on the wisdom, experience, and know-how of members to inspire and promote the advancement of other members. As a member of The CLUB you will gain access to professional women with a wealth of expertise to share, as well as those that are interested in gaining insights from you. Incubator Program

The CLUB’s Incubator program advocates for a select group of CLUB members each year to help propel their career growth and personal potential. The program is currently on hiatus. Learn more. 

Informal Gatherings

Connections are deepened with comfortable interactions. We offer informal gatherings where members build meaningful, long-term professional relationships, seek advice, and provide support. These include early morning walk and talks, industry specific lunch and learns, and coffee get-togethers for members who live or work near each other. Learn more.
