2024 CLUB Programs Open House

Join Tanal Basma, President of the CLUB, in an Ask-Me-Anything session where she’ll cover 2024 for the CLUB, such as our Mentoring Circles and Accelerate your Leadership programs!

Mentoring Circles is a small group of CLUB members who meet monthly. This is an opportunity to learn, explore, and share in a safe, confidential environment. Ideally, participants will agree to meet monthly virtually. We will also meet in-person once a quarter for lunch or dinner.

Accelerate Your Leadership is peer-based learning program that tackles today’s real-world challenges. We designed this to provide you with practical insights and the space to build real relationships with other courageous leaders. ​​It is built to help us better understand where you are in your life and career. We are known for our personalized and inclusive design and want to make sure you get what you want in the time you need it.

Participants will gain:

• Advice from someone who has had similar challenges while navigating their career.
• Help map your journey and goals.
• Community you can call upon for mentoring, expertise, and support.

About Tanal Basma, President, The CLUB

Tanal is a diversity advocate with experience across multiple industries and a history of achieving business objectives through an empathic, forward-thinking, and motivational style. She is a thought partner to CEOs and has helped organizations grow by setting the framework of operations while balancing a people-first culture.

She's passionate about a top-down approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion through personal experience and a heightened awareness of how our differences enhance the workplace. She now leverages empathy among teams to build thriving workplace communities that enable innovation and collaboration. Outside work, she enjoys mentoring and advising early-stage founders on designing inclusive cultures.
