Time to get moving!  Zoom fatigue can get us down, so shake it off with your fellow members with a virtual walk. Find a space at home or outside to get in some steps, and dial into our call to chat with other members while you workout.

 - Social Media Frenzy: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram...Are we overwhelmed yet? What platforms do you use for work and your personal life? What are some of the things you enjoy about social media?
