Hosted by The Women’s CLUB of Silicon Valley

We’re a non-profit dedicated to women’s leadership, and we’re gathering leaders of Employee Resource Groups in the Bay Area. Our goal is to learn from each other and explore how we can accelerate women’s careers, together.

Over the lunchtime hour, we’ll do a quick meet & greet to get everyone connected. Then we’ll brainstorm around future opportunities to share ideas, strategize around roadblocks (especially in the current environment), and enable each other in the important work we do.

This session is open to current ERG leaders and rising ERG leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area. We welcome leaders of any ERG (ethnicity, ability, veteran status, LGBTQ+, etc.) looking to action career acceleration for colleagues who identify as female. Please feel free to pass along the event information to ERG leads at local companies.
