Lamya Alaoui

Lamya Alaoui is a co-founder and Chief Talent Officer of CREDAS. Lamya’s corporate background includes 14+ years experience in HR, Talent Acquisition and Management, where she had the opportunity to build and lead teams for companies such as Bertelsmann, Orange, Intelcia, Groupon, Google, and Microsoft. Her work focuses on improving workplace performance, morale, and engagement through a better understanding of behavioral dimensions, thought processes, and motivational drivers. As a  mentor for Silicon Valley accelerators, including Plug and Play and The Alchemist, Lamya worked with over 50 startups from around the globe on  talent strategies and leadership development.
