Even before the nation’s strategy to stamp out the COVID-19 public health risks was launched, our businesses seemed to collapse on
themselves.

Now we can think and act from a clear strategic planning approach. It is our goal today to help you imagine some creative – non-bankruptcy
– alternatives to your business’s financial and fiduciary concerns.

Svetlana Kamyshanskaya
Principal/Corporate Lawyer

Svetlana Kamyshanskaya is an accomplished attorney with 20 years of successful experience in legal practice and business.

Svetlana assists her clients in conducting international business transactions by identifying the risks related to transactions as well as potential corporate governance and compliance problems while helping to address them.

Prior to starting her firm, Primum Law Group, Svetlana worked at a business consulting company assisting  seasoned businesses as well as start-ups in a process of US market entry through development and implementation of their market entry strategy conducting risk assessment of commercial transactions, identifying a potential area of compliance vulnerability and risk, developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues as well as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.

 


Brit Summerill
Partner, NOW CFO

Brit Summerill joined NOW CFO in 2012 and is a Partner in the San Francisco, San Jose, and Oakland, California offices. He has worked as a CFO and Controller for many public and private companies, and his level of expertise includes accounting clean up, cash flow projections, financial analysis, SEC Reporting, and complicated equity, debt, and derivative accounting.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Brit spent many years as an Audit Senior with a regional public accounting firm where he specialized in public company’s and FHA lender audits.

Brit attended Weber State University in Ogden, Utah to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and continued on to earn his Master of Accounting.
