Recruiters specialize in getting the best talent connected with the best jobs. As you work in executive levels, you will work more and more with recruiters. The process is sometimes mysterious: why are there both internal and external recruiters, how do you find a good recruiter, what do recruiters look for in candidates, how do recruiters work with hiring managers?
Kristin Speer, Managing Director at Westwood & Wilshire, will share insights, examples, and advice for candidates working with recruiting agencies and corporate internal recruiters, and for companies using recruiters to leverage their outreach. Special guests from different backgrounds will also share their experiences. You’ll get the inside scoop on the recruiting process, and learn how to make the most of these professional relationships.
