Join WCLN for its first "Campaign 101," a workshop for women on the basics of running a campaign for elected office. Whether you are considering a future run for city, school board, county or special districts, or are planning to work on a local campaign, this workshop is an introduction to what it's like and what to consider.

Led by local elected officials and topic experts, attendees will learn how to develop a campaign message, the basics of filing papers, establishing a campaign committee, fundraising, working with the media, voter-targeting, getting endorsements, and more.Advanced registration required here. The registration fee is $20. Light breakfast and lunch included.
