You can use negotiation skills to get ahead AND get along, even during emotionally charged conversations that have the potential to bring us together or drive us farther apart. When things go wrong, we replay the situations over and over in our heads, wishing we could do it differently next time. But we don't know what to do if we don't have the skills. "Own your negotiations....get more of what you want at work" is a workshop aimed to improve your negotiation skills and help you negotiate with confidence.

The workshop is developed and designed by Melissa Hereford. Melissa has been teaching business professionals how to negotiate for more than 22 years. She has created and customized classes for people all over the world, with one outcome in mind: negotiating to get more of what you want while building stronger relationships.
