Discover the path and inspiration to the Boardroom. Hosted by Olga V. Mack, founder of Women Serve on Board movement and General Counsel at ClearSlide, Inc., this event will consist of a panel discussion featuring Linda Graebner, former CEO of Tilia, Inc., Executive Chairman of Chef’n Corp and director of Taylor Precision Products and C. Mondavi & Family Winery, Nola Masterson, former Founder and CEO of Sequenom and director at Repros Therapeutics and Zivo Biosciences Inc., and Carly Alameda, litigation partner at Farella and director at Mammoth HR.

Linda Graebner brings extensive experience serving on the Boards of Directors of many private and public companies. These currently include C Mondavi & Family wineries and Taylor Precision Products. Past Board appointments include companies in the following industries: food, wine & beer, kitchen, cleaning, personal care, cookware, bakeware, gardening and medical devices. Linda built and sold two private equity backed household products companies, serving as CEO and Executive Chairman and led Marketing and Sales organizations for leading food and consumer products companies. Awards include the Ernst & Young Manufacturing Entrepreneur of the Year (Northern California). She received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Purdue University and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University.

Nola Masterson is currently Co-Chair of the Women’s Corporate Director San Francisco chapter, and is an Adjunct Professor at USF teaching in the Business Management School graduate students. She is the Managing Director of Science Futures Management Co which is an investment advisory in biotechnology. Her years in venture capital with TVM and KPCB give her insight into the building of companies from an idea to IPO.

Carly Alameda is a litigation partner at Farella Braun + Martel. She represents clients in a variety of business litigation matters, with an emphasis on complex breach of contract claims, and real property and construction disputes. Carly is a prolific writer, including on the topics of the boardroom, corporate governance, and cybersecurity. Carly serves as a board member of Mammoth HR and Berkeley Law’s Alumni Association. Her background as an NCAA Division I college athlete has made her a firm believer that success is a team effort. Carly is a member of the CLUB.

Olga V. Mack is a startup lawyer who enjoys advising her clients to success and growth. Currently General Counsel at ClearSlide, she previously worked at Zoosk, Visa Inc., Pacific Art League of Palo Alto, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She serves on as an advisory board member at TimeJoy and ChannelMeter, both early stage startups. Olga is a passionate advocate for women and has founded the Women Serve on Boards movement. @OlgaVMack. Olga is a member of The CLUB.
