The CLUB is a tight-knit community of women helping women. As a member of The CLUB you will gain access to professional women with a wealth of expertise to share, as well as those that are interested in gaining insights from you. To support the membership, The CLUB offers formal, and informal, connection opportunities.

CLUBconnect : Making Connections Happen

Are you ready to share your expertise and wisdom? Want to learn from other CLUB members? Whether you have decades of work experience, or you are launching (or relaunching) your professional journey, you have experience based wisdom to share, and, most likely, areas in which you need advice, too. You may be thinking about -

• Identifying sponsors at work
• Negotiating career strategies
• Pitching to a VC
• Pursuing your next promotion
• Making partner at a law firm
• Balancing your career and family
• Developing client or customer relationships
• Moving into a leadership position at work
• Working successfully with all generations
• Becoming savvy with social media

If you're curious and have questions, someone has a experience tested perspective to share. We encourage members to attend one of the many CLUB events to meet new members. Don’t be shy. If you make a connection at an event be sure to make time to continue to engage. Identify a skill you want to learn, or a professional goal you want to explore.  Join THE CLUB group on LinkedIN. Connect outside of CLUB's scheduled events - grab a coffee or a cocktail, take a walk, attend a professional seminar, etc.

CLUBconnect Circle

The CLUBconnect Circle is an alternate option to participate in a formal group engagement. The CLUBconnect Circle is an opportunity to create a small group that meets monthly offering thoughtful partnership, and support, to solidify participants’ personal brands, career goals, and networking plans by exploring values, strengths, purpose, and goals. 

The CLUBconnect Circle provides an environment for busy professionals to interact with like-minded peers in a safe and confidential environment. We believe that making the time to explore our interests, desires and goals within a community of our peers, provides a significant benefit in reaching our professional and personal objectives. 

If you are interested in creating a Circle please reach out to mentoring@theclubsv.org. The Circle format provides a flexible structure for you to adopt with a small group of members. It is ideal for participants to agree to commit for a period of 12 months.
