Join us for an open Question/Answer session discussing cross cultural talent and managing such teams. Today’s businesses are largely multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-lingual – right in one office. When team members are scattered across the globe, additional challenges are layered on. While it is tricky to get a group of people from different backgrounds, nations, mother tongues and mindsets to work seamlessly together – it can be done and to the benefit of all. Bring your questions to this virtual meeting! You will learn what role do values play in intrinsic and team motivation and how can you find common ground amongst people from all across the globe as well as

  1. how to lead cross cultural teams in your local marketplace
  2. how to select, manage and motivate many-culture teams from the global marketplace
  3. how to navigate cross-cultural differences on international development projects

The facilitators have extensive experience working with international businesses and cross cultural teams. They will open the floor to your questions related to the challenges of leading and working within cross cultural team. We also welcome the answers you have to other participants’ questions!
