How to Manage Grief and Isolation in a Pandemic

Registration

Registration is closed

Grieving in normal situations is isolating enough, but what happens when you introduce physical distancing, social isolation, nationwide protests, outrage, anger, fear, and a dash of hatred? How does that impact a person's grieving process and their access to support?

All of the events happening right now in our nation are having an impact on us and especially on those around us who are grieving. Do you have someone in your life or social circle who could use your support? Do you know how to give meaningful support right now?

Join us for a discussion about how grief affects us all and let's learn how we can provide more meaningful support to those around us.

  • "Normal Grief"

  • Pandemic Grief

  • Minority Grief, Fear, Outrage, Anger, Systemic

  • Nationwide Grief, Solidarity, Outrage, Fear, Anger, Hatred

  • How does that impact a person's grieving process and access to support?

  • How can you provide meaningful support (even from a distance)?
