Past leaders acquired trust based on formal positions, but today’s leaders must instead rely on their own authentic power to earn the trust of their employees, peers, and community.

Many of us have two sides to our personality: a ‘work' side and a ‘home' side. This is especially true in leadership, where managers often feel pressure to fit their personality to match their role. But if individuals can remain authentic in their leadership approach, they can bring their whole self to work while still being effective, productive, and inspiring leaders.

Being an authentic leader is not just about being yourself; it’s about growing into your best self. Authentic leadership is an ever-evolving process of growth that involves trusting relationships and embracing a process of emotional, behavioral, and social enrichment.

In this session, we will explore how the Authentic Leadership Theory can help you become an inspiring leader.

Luca Rosetti, Chairman & CEO, Beaconforce

I create work environments where people can thrive and become the best version of themselves.

HR has been struggling with the same problems for decades. Disengagement, lack of productivity, and stress are causing companies to not only loose talent but also increase depression and burnout around the world. It's our responsibility as business people to have an impact on our people's lives and create work environments that help people reach their full potential. Technology and data can help us achieve this if we use it properly.
