During her career, she has led enterprise product operations, driving initiatives across distributed teams to develop and deliver high-quality products on schedule. She brings her passion and energy into these initiatives and has a proven track record as a change agent, transforming organizations and software development lifecycles to improve agility, effectiveness and efficiency. She focuses on building relationships to inspire, motivate and bring people across organizations together to execute effectively to the company’s product and business goals.
Manju is passionate about supporting women and enabling diversity and inclusion. She is an Inclusion Ambassador at HPE, working on building a strong community by sponsoring and hosting events to build awareness on diversity and inclusive behaviors. She is actively involved in mentoring and learning from other leaders across the industry.

Svetlana Kamyshanskaya

Svetlana Kamyshanskaya is an accomplished attorney with 20 years of successful experience in legal practice and business. Svetlana has extensive experience with providing full legal support to privately-held businesses in connection with various corporate matters including entity formation, corporate governance, advising clients on a wide range of commercial and financial issues including capitalization, debt and equity financing, director and officer liability, corporate governance compliance, and contracts.
Before starting her firm, Primum Law Group, Svetlana worked at a business consulting company assisting seasoned businesses as well as start-ups in a process of US market entry through development and implementation of their market entry strategy conducting risk assessment of commercial transactions, identifying a potential area of compliance vulnerability and risk, developing and implementing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues as well as negotiating and drafting commercial contracts. Svetlana assists her clients in conducting international business transactions by identifying the risks related to transactions as well as potential corporate governance and compliance problems while helping to address them.
Galina Livitina

Her areas of expertise are intercultural team management, process improvement and customer experience.
Galina has a Master’s Degree in International Business from Georgia State University, Program Management Certificate, and Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
As a CLUB Board member, she is focused on the membership experience. Galina is excited to give back to the CLUB community by ensuring a positive, engaging experience.
Outside of her professional activities, Galina is a competitive ballroom dancer, enjoys local and international travel, and loves spending time with her husband and toddler.

Laraine McKinnon is the founder of LMC17, a strategic consulting firm that blends behavioral science, big data and practical implementation ideas to address challenges and opportunities in the retirement industry, diversity & inclusion and talent development. She is also an Advisor to, and Talent & Culture strategist for Emtrain, a CultureTech firm providing harassment prevention and unconscious bias online training and analytics to help create healthier workplace cultures.
Prior to this, Laraine was an acknowledged retirement readiness expert, and helped improve retirement outcomes for millions of Americans through key roles at BlackRock, Barclays Global Investors, and Wells Fargo Nikko Investment Advisors. Laraine currently serves on the Advisory Board of Betterment for Business.
A tireless advocate for high potential underrepresented talent, Laraine launched the CLUB Incubator, a women's leadership advocacy program. She’s a frequent speaker, blogger and facilitator on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Laraine is a graduate of Wellesley College. She lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and two daughters where they enjoy hiking in the local hills and sailing on San Francisco Bay.
Tamar (Tammy) Serna

As a licensed CPA and MBA, Tammy has over 20 years of accounting experience spanning from semiconductors to SaaS. Working in start-up environments, Tammy thrives in new and ambiguous situations and has proven to be a resilient leader. A Silicon Valley native with deep roots in the community, service has always been important to Tammy. She is a proud former member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls and also supports the YWCA, Red Cross, and her University Alumni Association.
Tammy currently leads the global accounting function of a foreign currency trading platform. She enjoys hiking with her husband and two sons, and going to punk rock concerts.
Sherry Hashimoto Main

Sherry specializes in high-level communications and marketing strategy including audience experience, social media engagement, creative storytelling, multi-channel content development, information design and architecture, and long-term business planning with an eye on efficiency. Additionally, Sherry has significant experience in issues and crisis communications management, particularly in areas related to reputation management.
Sherry has led innovative and award winning communications teams in higher education for nearly 20 years. She recently completed board service to the University of California Board of Regents as a staff advisor. In 2018, Sherry was recognized for her commitment to diversity and inclusion in leadership by being named a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence.
Karen Catlin

Karen is an advocate for women in the tech industry. She is a leadership coach, a speaker, and a writer. In 2014, Karen delivered a TEDx talk: "Women in Tech—The Missing Force." She is co-author of "Present! A Step-by-Step Guide to Public Speaking" and has published articles in Inc., FastCompany, The Daily Beast, Women 2.0, and other leadership sites. In 2015, the California State Assembly honored her with the Wonder Women Tech Innovator Award for outstanding achievements in business and technology and for being a role model for women.
Formerly, Karen was a vice president at Adobe Systems. Karen holds a degree in Computer Science from Brown University.
